Return, Replacement and Refund Policy-
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important information for easy return process 

  • Return conditions on product page will be applicable first then the store return policy will be applicable.
  • Product return request can only be eligible for refund, if the product is not available in stock.
  • Product with size or fit issues, specially where the size is of fix size or non adjustable and product page includes the relevant information for the product size, then the product is not eligible for return. It can only be exchanged from any other available product online.
  • Our team is working with courier partner to arrange return order pickup, until then customer needs to courier the return product to our registered address and courier charges will not be reimbursed.
  • If the refund do gets approved, then the refund amount will be paid after deducting INR 179 on account of delivery/cod charges.

If your return is accepted, then customer needs to send us the product via courier to our registered address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage orders are only eligible for exchange or store credit, if damage product is received then customer needs to return the product on our registered address, and we will immediately dispatch the replacement. No refund is applicable for the damage product, refund is only allowed in case the product is not in stock.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or request us to create an exchange order for you. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method after deducting shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
