Return/Refund/Exchange Policy-

Thank you for shopping at our online store. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you or you may have placed wrong order by mistake.

That's why we offer a 30 days conditional exchange policy or accept returns/refunds for the undelivered orders only.

Return, Refunds or Exchanges are accepted as per the terms & conditions mentioned below. Customers are requested to read the terms & conditions below, before raising any request.

Exchange - 

The period of 30 days starts from the date of delivery of the product, which means customer has 30 days from the date of delivery of the product to raise an exchange request. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that our exchange policy may not apply to certain items or categories of product, or the period may also vary for some product categories. Please read the policy till end for better understanding.

Exchange Process - 

  • Customer raise request for exchange at our instagram handle @ENVATEINDIA for immediate response.
  • We ask for any video or image proof as per the case's requirement for inspection or approval. 
  • Once approved, we raise a pickup request for your return pickup.
  • Upon returned product final inspection & quality check, we immediately process the exchange & create new order for the customer.
  • If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, you may be eligible for store credit or discount code of the exchange value.


Return/Refund - 

  • We only have 30 Days exchange only policy for the products, no returns are accepted for any of the product once the product is delivered to customer.
  • Returns/refunds request are only conditionally accepted, if the order status is - Not Dispatched, In Transit, RTO Initiated, RTO Delivered or Undelivered.
  • If the order status is as per the terms mentioned above, then customer is required to contact us via our Instagram handle @ENVATEINDIA for immediate response.
  • For PREPAID Orders, please note that a cancellation charge or order processing charge of ₹179 will be deducted or charged from the refund amount.

Return/Refund Process -

  • Customer raise request for exchange at our instagram handle @ENVATEINDIA  for immediate response.
  • Share the following details on Instagram & we will cancel the order as per the process and process the refund.
    • Order ID
    • Customer Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Order Amount & Date
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if there are not enough proof of the original condition of the product or item is not in its original condition or if the exchange period has expired.

Safety Measures To Ensure Guaranteed & Undisputed Exchange Process 

  • Customers are required/advised to always make an UNBOXING VIDEO of the delivered package to submit as a proof & also to ease the process of exchange without any issues.
  • If the unboxing video is not available, then our customer support team needs 24-36 hours of time to inspect the case or condition of the product.
  • Always place your order after reading return/exchange policy for better understanding experience.
